We at IC&E take great pride in the work we do. As a 3rd generation construction family, we have learned that, although a good estimate and job scope is important, It’s how the people in the organization respond on the job that ultimately matters. Projects change, schedules shorten and working conditions vary, but the job has to get properly completed for everyone to be happy with the result!
IC&E strives to provide competitive pricing for the work we do and we know that the customer has to have a successful project to achieve proper value for their investment. Our internal processes and procedures facilitate communication and use multiple layers of verification which begin with our estimators reviewing their understanding of the project first with the customer, then with our project management team.
Prior to mobilization, our project managers will begin the operational information exchange process with the customer representative, validating schedules and identifying and addressing potential changes in the project. Upon mobilization, our project manager and foreman will completely familiarize themselves with the actual site condition. Should the project require something different from the original plans, we deal with the new requirements in a timely manner in order to insure the presence of the proper tools and materials to stay on schedule.
We have worked hard to attract and keep the best field personnel by providing the proper tools, safety training, office support and oversight to ultimately provide a customer experience that is at least free of worry in our areas of impact on the job-site.
